After accidentally getting added to a mysterious signal chat called "Hot chick heaven" (and kicked out again, rude), you embark on a trip to find out the truth about hotness, about chicks, and maybe even... yourself. Or heaven, I dunno. As usual when one leaves the house, government agents are trying to stop you, but can you still manage to rise up to where cell phone reception is great and become- THE HIGHEST IN THE WORLD?!

Controls (Web/Windows):

  • A - Jump / Advance texts
  • S - Shoot (as long as you have ammo)
  • Arrow keys - Move left/right
  • Enter - Advance Title / Level start / Win / Game Over screens
  • F8 - Fullscreen

Controls (Dreamcast):

  • A - Jump / Advance texts
  • B - Shoot (as long as you have ammo)
  • D-Pad - Move left/right
  • Start - Advance Title / Level start / Win / Game Over screens
  • Start + A + B + X + Y - Return to Title/Menu

Install instructions

Windows:

Extract the folder and open HighestInTheWorld.exe.

Dreamcast:

Burn the .cdi file to a CD-R using Padus Discjuggler 6.0 (https://www.afterdawn.com/software/cd_dvd/burning/padus_disc_juggler.cfm).  CD-RWs will not work. Burn at slow speeds, if possible. Put the CD-R in your Dreamcast. If it shows -Highest in the world executable- during the Sega logo screen, you did everything correctly. Flycast is supported if you want to try it on an emulator.

I don't understand English well, but I had a blast playing this game. It was a pleasure to complete the levels. It's a great platformer. The voice acting is great as always.
